RANGPUR: World’s number one cricket all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is going to Rangpur to participate in a day-long cricket workshop and youth conference on Wednesday (September 13).

With a vow to free Rangpur from drug, Shakib will motivate the youths to engage them in sports and athletics.

The ace all-rounder will also talk about his knowledge and experiences, in the play ground of Begum Rokeya University-Rangpur (BRUR) at 10:00am.

At around 02:00pm, he will participate in a similar workshop and youth conference in Cricket Garden Field in Rangpur town.

However, cricket frenzy communities in Rangpur are excited about the Tiger all-rounder’s arrival there.
