DHAKA: As many as 373 foreign cricketers have been named for the players’ draft of Bangladesh Premier League season-6.

The players’ draft of Bangladesh’s must-hyped T20 tournament is scheduled to be held on Sunday (Oct 27).

The 373 foreign players have been categorized into seven groups stretching from ‘A+’ to ‘F’.

England has major 86 players while Pakistan has 72 and West Indies has 56 players in the draft.

Besides, 55 Sri Lankans, 20 Afghans, 18 South Africans, 15 Zimbabweans and 10 Irish cricketers have been named.

As many as 204 of them have been placed into category F while only 3 in A+.

Each of the seven franchises can include 2 foreign players each, before the draft takes place.   

However, the sixth season of BPL is scheduled to begin on January 5, 2019.
