DHAKA: Cutter master Mustafizur Rahman was dropped and paceman Taskin Ahmed included as a 15-member squad of Bangladesh cricket team was announced to play the one-off Test against visiting Afghanistan.

Skipper Shakib Al Hasan, who was out of the squad following finger injury, returned. 

Three new faces-- Sadman Islam, Nayeem Hasan and Ebadat Hossain were named in the long-format cricket squad.

Tamim Iqbal, now in rest, will miss the game. 
 
Meanwhile, the Afghanistan squad reached port city Chattogram where the one-off Test will be played in Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on September 5.

Bangladesh squad: Sadman Islam, Liton Das, Mominul Haque, Shakib Al Hasan (capt), Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Taijul Islam, Mohammad Mithun, Mosaddek Hossain, Nayeem Hasan, Abu Jayed Rahi, Taskin Ahmed and Ebadat Hossain.
