DHAKA: Bangladesh defeated Afghanistan by four wickets in the last league-phase game of Tri-series at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Saturday (September 21).
Shakib Al Hasan scored 70 runs remaining undefeated.
Afgans struggled to score 138 runs with the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bowl first against Afghanistan. Both of the teams-- Bangladesh and Afghanistan--secured a place in the final of September 24.
