DHAKA: The Junior School Certificate, also known as JSC, & its equivalent examinations of November 10, 11 & 12 were deferred as 18-party calls 72-hr nonstop hartal.

The announcement came on Friday after opposition BNP-led 18-party alliance called 72-hour nonstop hartal (shutdown) across the country from Sunday morning to press home their demand of non-partisan polls-time government.

New dates of the exams will be declared on Sunday.
