DHAKA: Results of the preliminary examination of 36th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) has been published on Wednesday evening (February 10).

Public Service Commission (PSC) chairman Ikram Ahmed made this announcement.

PSC exam controller (cadre) AEM Nesar Uddin told banglanews that a total of 13,830 candidates have passed in the preliminary examination.

The date of written examinations will be announced shortly, he added.

A total of 211,326 candidates appeared in the preliminary examinations this year.
