Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-2 arrested 43 members of the juvenile gang after conducting a raid in different parts of Dhaka city.

The raids were conducted Mohammadpur, Hazaribag, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar and Tejgaon area of the capital.

RAB-2 Assistant Director ASP Shihab Karim confirmed the matter on Thursday (Mar 23).
 
He said the detainees were involved in various crimes including, robbery drug consumption, selling drugs, extortion, eve-teasing, neighborhood fights and exercising muscle power in grabbing land.

There are several cases against them in different police stations of the capital, said ASP Shihab, adding legal action against the detainees is under process.
