Journalist gets bail in Bandarban

BANDARBAN: Journalist Abul Bashar Nayan Tuesday secured bail in an arms case filed against him with a local court.

Bandarban District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Kawser granted the bail upon a bond of Tk 20,000.

The court fixed July 26 as the next date of hearing.

Police arrested Nayan in an arms case filed by Douchhari UP chairman Mohammad Habibullah on June 3.
