DHAKA: A Dhaka court on Monday granted bail to the reporter and camera person of the country’s private TV channel RTV.

Metropolitan magistrate Tareque Monirul Islam Bhuiyan passed the verdict.

Earlier, law enforcers arrested private television channel RTV staff reporter Tamzid Roni and camera person Prosanta Modak on Sunday morning on charge of instigating of cocktail blats at Kamrangirchar.

Later, they were produced before metropolitan magistrate court with 10-day remand plea.

Magistrate, Tareque Moinul Islam Bhuiyan granted their four-day remand in the same day.
