A fire broke out at a launch at Sadarghat terminal in the capital on Friday (June 30).
The fire service was informed regarding the incident at 11 am, according to fire service.
Anwarul Islam Dolan, media cell officer of the fire service headquarters, confirmed the matter.
He said the fire broke out at around 11am at a launch named ‘Mayur-7. On information, 13 units of fire fighters rushed to the spot and are working to douse the blaze.
The reason behind the incident could not be known immediately.
