Biman mechanic held with 68 gold bars at Shahjalal

An employee of Biman Bangladesh Airlines was held with 68 gold bars weighing nearly 8 kilograms in Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Sunday (August 20) night.

Mohammad Ziaul Haque, additional superintendent of police of Airport Armed Police Battalion, confirmed the matter this morning.

Details will be disclosed through a press conference at noon, he said.
