Metro rail services were suspended from 8:30am for an hour today (August 21) due to a technical issue.

Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) Director (Operation and Maintenance) Nasir Uddin Ahmed confirmed the matter. 

Following the glitch problem, the authorities kept stopped the ticket selling at that time.

However, the services started at 9:45am.

This was the third time operations of metro rail were halted because of technical problems.
