French President Emmanuel Macron has left Dhaka after his two days state visit to Bangladesh.
He started his journey towards Paris by a flight from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 2:48pm today (September 11).
Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen saw him off at the airport.
During, President Emmanuel Macron visit Bangladesh and France signed two instruments regarding Bangabandhu-2 Satellite and improvement of urban infrastructure in Bangladesh.
The instruments are - Credit Facility Agreement between Economic Relations Division (ERD), Bangladesh and the France Development Agency (AFD), France on "Improving Urban Governance and Infrastructure Program" and Letter of Intent (LOI) on Cooperation between Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited (BSCL) and Airbus Defence and Space SAS, France related to Bangabandhu-2 Earth Observation Satellite System.
Earlier, On Saturday, President Macron arrived in Dhaka on a two-day visit from New Delhi, to further intensify the trade and diplomatic relations.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina received the French President at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport with a bouquet of flower.
Later, on Monday, Macron paid deep homage to the memories of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
