DHAKA: State University of Bangladesh (SUB) and Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), said a press release.

The objective of MoU is to enhance collaborations for scientific research by both the institutes.

Registrar of SUB Professor AYM Ekram Ud Dowla and Secretary of BCSIR Dr M Jahangir Alam signed the agreement at BCSIR Bhaban in the city on December 31, 2013.

Chairman of BCSIR Professor Dr Ahmed Ismail Mostofa and Vice Chancellor of SUB Professor Dr Iftekhar Gani Chowdhury were present at the signing ceremony.

Advisor of Department of Pharmacy Professor Dr MA Rashid and Head, Department of Pharmacy Professor Dr Rebecca Banoo were among others present on the occasion.
