DHAKA: Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President Hasanul Haque Inu on Thursday asserted that the tenure of 10th parliament will be five years.

He came up with the assertion while talking to banglanews at Jatiya Sangshad lobby just before joining the oath taking ceremony of newly elected lawmakers around 11:00am.

In response to a query, he said every election holds for five years. But, in some cases, election could be held before or after the tenure.
