Former chief whip ASM Feroz arrested

ASM Feroz, former chief whip of the Jatiya Sangsad, was arrested in Dhaka on Friday night.

The former Awami League MP from the Patuakhali-2 constituency was apprehended in the Banani area, according to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police.

However, details of his arrest could not be known immediately.

Feroz was appointed as the chief whip in the 10th parliament. He was a whip in the ninth parliament.
