DHAKA: The students of Government Titumir College and BRAC University locked into a clash in city’s Gulshan area on Monday afternoon.  
 
Police sources said that the agitated students of two institutions locked into the clash and blockaded the road from Gulshan-1 to Mohakhali intersection around 2:30pm.

The reason behind the clash could not be known immediately, sources added.

However, the movement of the vehicles was halted in the area due to the clash causing the people of the area are facing immense sufferings.

Officer-in-Charge of Banani Thana Bhuiyan Mahbub Hossain said that additional law enforcers were deployed in the area to bring the situation under control.
