Online tax returns cross one million this year

The number of online income tax returns filed has surpassed one million, with 1.6 million taxpayers registering for online submission.

According to the National Board of Revenue’s (NBR) disclosed this information on Monday (December 30).

NBR’s public relations division said, the online submission of tax returns has increased nearly fivefold compared to the previous year.
