The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted dry weather across the country for the next 24 hours, starting this morning.
The weather is expected to remain dry with a partly cloudy sky.
The BMD also warned of moderate to dense fog formation, particularly from midnight until noon, which may temporarily disrupt air navigation, inland river transport, and road communication. Due to the fog, cold conditions are likely to persist in some areas during the day.
Daytime temperatures are expected to drop by 1-2°C, while the night temperature will remain nearly unchanged. On Wednesday, Teknaf recorded the highest temperature at 28°C, while Chuadanga reported the lowest at 9.8°C.
The sun will set at 5:24pm today and rise at 6:42am tomorrow in the capital.
