DHAKA: The High Court Wednesday has directed the authorities concerned to hand over the investigation of cases on minorities attack after January 5 polls to Criminal Investigation Department (CID) or Rapid Action Battalion (RAB).

The inspector general of police has to execute the court order by March 3.        

A HC bench comprising Kazi Reza-ul-Haque and ABM Altaf Hossain issued the order after placing report of post polls violence on minorities in 13 districts.
