DHAKA: Bangladesh President M Abdul Hamid greeted the President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Bulgaria which falls on 03 March.     

Expressing his satisfaction at the excellent bilateral relations with Bulgaria, the President reiterated that the bonds of friendship and cooperation existing between the two countries will be further strengthened in the years ahead.  

In a separate message, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also congratulated Premier Plamen Oresharski and expressed her confidence that the bonds of friendships, understanding and cooperation with Bulgaria will be further consolidated for the mutual benefit of the peoples of the two friendly countries.
