DHAKA: Traffic haulage on five roads will remain closed for the programme of ‘Lakho Kanthe Sonar Bangla’ in the capital on March 26.

The roads are from Mirpur 10 intersection to Khejur Bagan area of Sangshad premises, Bijoy Sarani circle to Chandrima Udyan, Shyamoli Shishumela to Agargaon point, Northern part of Manik Mia Avenue and Bangabandhu International Conference Center to Ganabhaban.

Brigadier General Sharafat Hossain, in-charge of the traffic department, confirmed the matter to banglanews on Saturday noon.

He also said that special vehicles will carry participants and no personal vehicles except those of the invited guests are allowed in the programme.

He also urged to seek help by calling 01769013334 and 01678690704 mobile numbers in case anyone is lost.
