The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast that rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at one or two places over the Chattogram division in the next 24 hours, beginning at 9:00 am today.
According to a BMD bulletin issued this morning, the weather is expected to remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies elsewhere across the country.
The met office also said that both day and night temperatures may fall slightly over the country.
On Wednesday, the highest temperature was recorded at 36.5 degrees Celsius in Feni, while the lowest temperature recorded today was 20.8 degrees Celsius in Tetulia.
In Dhaka, the sun will set at 5:26 pm today and rise at 6:00 am tomorrow.
