DHAKA: A faction of Gonojagoron Mancha organizers in a press briefing on Saturday declared to relieve its spokesman Imran H Sarkar temporarily for his recent ‘controversial activities’.

The press conference, where activists and organizers were present, held at 12:30pm at Shahbagh in the capital.

The organizers announced that Imran H Sarker is exempted temporarily from post due to his recent activities in the disputed terms.

They added that no statement from Imran should be considered as the statement of the Gonojagoron Mancha from now on.

Kamal Pasha, one of the organizers declared there soon a panel consisting 5-members will be formed as Spokesmen of Gonojagoron Mancha.

Among others FM Shahin, Abir Ghosh, Habibullah Mejbah and others organizers were present in the briefing.

Earlier on April 4, organizers of the same banner announced Imran H Sarker ‘unwanted’.
