DHAKA: Six people were killed and over 40 others injured in separate road accidents in Kishoreganj, Joypurhat and Manikganj districts Monday.

In Kishoreganj, two persons were killed and 25 others injured as a bus turned turtle in Chaliagop area under Pakundia upazila of the district early Monday.

In Joypurhat, a passenger bus collided head on with a pick-up in Punat area of the district, leaving 2 killed and 15 injured.

In Manikganj, two youths were killed as a bus rammed their motorbike on Dhaka-Aricha highway at noon.
