CHAPAINAWABGANJ: At least three people were killed and nine others injured in a head-on-collision between a truck and a human hauler in Boiltola area of the district on Tuesday night.

One of the deceased was identified as Hridoy, hailed from Nakhrajpara under Sadar upazila of the district.

Sources said that a wheat-laden truck collided with the human hauler in the area around 10:15pm, leaving three people dead on the spot.

Shibganj Thana Sub-Inspector Abul Kalam Azad confirmed the matter to banglanews.
