DHAKA: Expressing discontent to his explanation, International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-2 Thursday asked British journalist David Bergman to explain within 15 days why legal action should not be taken against him for derogatory comments on ICT-2 in his blog.

The tribunal, led by Justice Obaidul Hasan passed the order Thursday and fixed May 11 for next hearing.

According to the a plea, journalist Bergman, on his own website (bangladeshwarcrimes.blogspot.com), released several controversial articles like ‘Azad Judgment analysis -1: In absentia trial & Defense inadequacy` and ‘Azad Judgment analysis -II: Tribunal’s assumption`.
