COX’S BAZAR: At least eight members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) sustained burn injuries while demolishing drug substances at the district’s BGB Headquarters on Sunday afternoon.

The inured BGB personnel are Habib Ullah, Foyezul Kabir, Belayet Hossain, Milon Kanti, Sajeeb, Zahid, Arafat and Anis.

They were admitted at the Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital.

State Minister for Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and BGB Director General Major General Aziz Ahmed were present on the spot.
