DHAKA:  BNP Senior Vice-chairman Tarique Zia on Thursday said timely steps by the professionals are crucial important as the country is passing a transition period.

Tarique made the remarks when addressing through a teleconference at the divisional monitor and coordinator conference of Ziaur Rahman Foundation at a community center in the city.

Foundation executive director Dr. Farhad Halim Donor moderated the function where other post bearers presented reports before Tarique on the foundation activities.
