DHAKA: Customs intelligence officials held a man along with six-kilogram gold bars from a flight of Malaysia at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Sunday.

The arrestee is Abdur Razzak, a passenger of the flight.

Customs intelligence Deputy Director Mustafizur Rahman told banglanews that, acting on tip-off, Abdur Razzak arrived at Dhaka Airport by a Malaysian Airlines flight MH102 was detained with six-kg gold bars.”

He added: “We have detained him at 11:45am, while passing green channel with wheel chair.”
