DHAKA: A case was filed with Marine court over the launch MV Shathil-1 capsize on Wednesday.    

The Marine court issued arrest warrant against MV Shathil-1 owner, master and manager.    

The court also ordered the authorities concerned to seize the launch.     

Three investigation committee were formed comprising a five-member investigation committee led by Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) Director M Hossain over the launch capsize incident.                                                

Launch MV Shakhil-1, carrying 30-40 passengers, were going to Patuakhali from Golachipa and capsized in Kolagachhia River on May 3 and the death toll in the tragedy rose to 16.
