2 minor drowned in B’baria

BRAHMANBARIA: Two minors drowned in Asuhganj upazila of the district on Thursday noon.

The deceased were identified as Bristi Akhter, 3 and Rakib Mia, 5.

Sources said that Bristi and Rakib drowned while playing by the pond near their grandfather’s house. 

Relatives rescued them and rushed to Sadar Hosoital where on duty doctor declared them dead.
