FROM JATIYA SANGSAD: The budget session of the Jatiya Sangsad resumed at 11.25am Wednesday through question-answer session of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Later, the ministers will join general question-answer session with deputy speaker Md Fazle Rabbi Miah in the chair.

Besides, two bills------ Palli Sanchay Bank Bill, 2014 and Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board Bill, 2014---are set to be passed on Wednesday.

The second and budget session starts on June 3 that will prolong to July 3 and budget for fiscal year 2014-2015 was passed on June 29.

The first session of the new parliament started on January 29 that ended on April 10.

Jatiya Party, as part of the government and main opposition party, joined the parliament, from the first day of the maiden session.

For the first time, the opposition party is trying to raise their voice in the parliament leaving behind the tradition of boycotting the parliament.
