DHAKA: A Dhaka court awarded life-term imprisonment to two people for the involvement in a killing case.

Dhaka District and Session Judge passed the order on Monday noon. 

The convicts are former assistant professor of National Institute of Traumatology & Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR) Dr. Tozammel Hossain and Shamsunnahar Naznin.

The court also fined them Tk10,000 each, in default, the convict have to serve one more years in the jail.

District Judge Court Peshkar Shayekul Alam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
