LAMA, BANDARBAN: Two minors were burnt alive after a fire broke out in their house at Kumari Chakkata village under Lama Upazila of the district on Monday morning.

The deceased were identified as Sumi Aktar, 4 and Naima Aktar 1, daughter of Elias Ali.

Sources said that keeping the babies inside, the parents was working in the outside of their house. At one stage a fire broke out at the house from cooker around 11:00am, leaving the two siblings dead on the spot.

Lama Thana Officer-in-Charge Shahjahan Khan confirmed the matter to banglanews.
