No commercial deal without BCB permission

DHAKA: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has taken a new decision that cricket players won’t be allowed to make deal for any commercial advertisement without its permission.

BCB president Nazmul Papan said that letters were sent to each player in this regard. And from now if any player wants to enter into any commercial matter, they have to take permission from BCB.

International Cricket Council (ICC) president AHM Mustafa Kamal after returning home on June said that the players are keeping themselves busy with shooting and advertisement leaving practice.

Earlier, on Monday in an emergency meeting of board of directors of the BCB suspended all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan for 6-month from all national and international cricket for breaching its code of conduct.

The BCB also will not allow ‘No Objection Certificate (NOC)’ to play any league match till December 31, 2015.
