RAJBARI: A cop among three were killed in a road accident in Nimtola area of the district at 1:30am Thursday.
One of the deceased was identified as Rubel, police constable.
Confirming the matter to banglanews, Highway Police ASP Ashrafuzzaman said, “A rashly driven truck knocked a bus, which also hit a tree few minutes earlier, leaving three killed on the spot.”
Another three cops were rushed to Faridpur Medical College Hospital, he added.
