Nur’s aide’s stay in India legal

KOLKATA: The Indian administration said that Khan Sumon’s, one of the aides of Nur Hossain, prime accused in 7-murder at Narayanganj, staying in India is legal as he has legal passport and documents.

Investigating officer of the case confirmed the matter after examining Sumon’s documents and passports on Friday.

Sumon now have some possibility of getting bail in the case. He would be produced before the court on July 14 for bail, the police added.

The investigating officer said if Sumon would not appoint lawyer in the upcoming hearing the Indian government would appoint a lawyer for him.
