DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday gave warning the Social Welfare Minister Syed Mohsin Ali for his derogatory remarks on journalists.

The forewarning came from a regular cabinet meeting at the secretariat with the premier in the chair on Monday.

The ministers attended the meeting confirmed the matter of warning the minister.

On Saturday, Social Welfare Minister Syed Mohsin Ali termed the journalists as imposter.

Later, he expressed his sorrow, through a statement from his ministry office, for his remarks.
