FROM EAST RAZABAJAR: The body of slain Channel I program presenter Maulana Nurul Islam Faruqui has been taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital early Thursday for autopsy.

By an ambulance of Ali Medical Services, the body was shifted to the hospital from victim’s East Razabazar residence around 1:25am. 

Earlier, a team of Crime Investigation Department (CID) of police collected the clue from murder spot. 

On Wednesday night, miscreants stabbed the program presenter of Channel I, one of the leading private television channels of the country, to death at East Rajabazar in the city.
