BSF abducts Bangladeshi

BENAPOLE, JESSORE: Border Security Force (BSF) of India abducted a Bangladeshi cowboy from Agrabhulot frontier under Sharsha Upazila of the district on Thursday morning.

The victim is Khokan, 28, son of Arshad of Agrabhulot village.

Goga Union Parisad Chairman told banglanews that the cowboy was returning home from India at 4:00am. Then BSF men chased him and at one stage opened fire at Khokan, leaving him injured. 

Later, BSF men took him away to India.  

BGB-23 Battalion Commander Lieutenant Colonel Abdur Rahim told banglanews, “We heard that BSF killed a cowboy. We are trying to communicate with BSF in this connection.”
