DHAKA: A gang of miscreants hurled a cocktail targeting the vehicle of Chandraganj Thana Officer-in-Charge Abdun Nur at Chandraganj Bazar under Sadar upazila of the district on Sunday evening.

None was reportedly injured in this incident but the car was partly damaged.

Police and local sources said that a gang of miscreants were lurking in the area in the afternoon and suddenly hurled a cocktail aiming his car while he along with his force was conducting a drive to nab criminals.

Confirming the matter to banglanews Police Superintendent of Laxmipur Mizan Safiur said that an action will be taken after the investigation in this incident.
