DHAKA: Two people were injured as trains hit a private car in Khilgaon rail gate area in city on Thursday morning. 

Confirming the matter, Railway Thana Officer-in-Charge Abdul Mazid said that, a Kamalapur-bound train hit the car private car around 10:00am while it was trying to cross the rail line in the area violating signal, leaving the car driver and a motorcyclist injured. 

Later, the injured private car driver Abdul Barek, 42, was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
