DHAKA: A youth was crushed under the wheels of a Dhaka-bound train in city’s Banani railway station area on Monday night.

The identity of the deceased, aged around 27, could not be known immediately.

Sources said the accident occurred in the area while the train came from Kamlapur reached at the station at 7:45pm.

Officer-in-Charge of Kamlapur Railway Station Abdul Mazid confirmed the matter to banglanews.
