DHAKA: Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Monday filed a law suit against former Jatiya Party (JP) parliamentarian MA Jabbar from Satkhira-2 constituency and his son Mahbub Hossain on charge of ownership of illegal properties worth Tk 2 crore.

ACC Deputy Assistant Commissioner Masudur Rahman filed the law suit with Ramna Thana in city in the afternoon.

ACC Deputy Director (Public Relations) Pranab Kumar Bhattracharya confirmed the matter to banglanews.

“We have filed the law suit as we got evidences against MA Jabbar and his son Mahbub Hossain in the primary investigation,” he added.
