DHAKA: Fire broke out in a three-storey residential building beside Siddheswari Kali Mandir (Temple) in city Thursday morning.

On information, three fire fighting units rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control after trying frantically for one hour.

The sources of fire could not be known immediately.

Fire Service Duty Officer Shahazadi Sultana told banglanews that the properties gutted in the fire worth about Tk 10 lakhs.
