DHAKA: A man was run over by a bus in city’s Motijheel area on Friday morning. 

The deceased was identified as Akbar, 35, driver of Cute Company, resided in Konapara area under Demra thana.

Deceased’s colleague Alauddin told banglanews that Akbar fell on the road while getting down from a city bus and the bus ran over him, leaving him injured critically. 

Later, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where on-duty doctor pronounced him dead.
