DHAKA: The journalists of the English Daily New Age stopped the law enforcers at the gate during a bid to raid its office at city’s Tejgaon area on Sunday night.

The journalists of the daily said that a team of police led by Officer-in-Charge of Tejgaon Industrial Thana Salahuddin tried to raid their office without any legal documents.

The journalists put a barrier at the New Age gate as the law enforcers could not show any search order.
