DHAKA: In a latest development, the police administration made changes in Savar and Ashulia Thanas on Saturday.

Mymensingh’s Fulpur Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdul Motaleb Mia has been transferred to Savar Thana as OC and Azharul Islam joined as Inspector (Investigation) at the thana.

However, Ashulia Thana OC Sheikh Badrul Alam has been transferred to the Dhaka Range and the post replaced by Savar Thana OC Mostafa Kamal.

Savar Thana Inspector Dipak Saha has been appointed as Inspector in Ashulia Thana.

They also vowed to serve the people and take proper steps to avert any untoward incident in the areas.
