DHAKA: A Dhaka court sent BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam on 3-day remand in a vandalism case.
Dhaka additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ali Masud Seth granted the remand Tuesday when Paltan police produced him before the count in a case filed for vandalizing vehicle.
Earlier on Monday afternoon, Mirza Fakhrul was shifted to Dhaka Central Jail from Kashimpur.
On January 7, he was arrested from National Press Club in a vandalism case of December 28, 2014.
